We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and non-custom items within 5 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Custom, personalized, handmade, and fresh-cut items are final sale and cannot be returned.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Handmade items
  • Fresh-cut items
  • Used or opened products
