Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Please note: Handmade items may require additional processing time due to the care and detail involved in their preparation. In these cases, processing may take 3–7 business days. If any delays occur, you will be notified.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout: Domestic shipping (U.S.): 3–10 business days

Ready-to-Use Products
Items labeled as ready-to-use are shipped promptly after processing and typically leave our facility within the standard processing timeframe.

Handmade & Custom Items
Handmade, custom, or personalized items may take longer to prepare. These items are crafted individually to ensure quality and may extend processing time as noted above.

Fresh-Cut Items

Fresh-cut items are prepared on Mondays to minimize time in transit and ensure they arrive in optimal condition upon delivery.

Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and other regional postal services depending on the destination.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays 
  • We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.

However, if you need help, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to support you.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved, as it may be required for carrier inspection.
